A flight attendant from Alaska Airline saved a teenage girl from a potential human trafficking ring after sending something was wrong on a flight from Seattle to San Francisco.
According to NBC News, Alaska Airlines flight attendant Shelia Frederick first became concerned when she spotted a disheveled girl travelling with a well-dressed older man on the flight. Effort to engage them in conversation leads to the man becoming defensive.
In the end, Fedrick left a note in one of the bathrooms which the victim wrote back on the note and said ‘i need help.’
Fedrick says she called the pilot and told him about the passengers, and when the plane landed, police were waiting in the terminal.
